Emma At 4 Months Old

Holy cow - Emma is four months old today! I can hardly believe she is already four months old. It doesn't seem that long ago I was in the hospital getting ready for the c-section. It is incredible how time flies - next week I will be back at work, which I am very sad about. However, I am very thankful that I have had these four months off - I have been able to bond with Emma and enjoy every moment with her.

Serious Emma

Emma went to the doctor's today for her four month checkup. She is doing great - and handled the 4 shots like a pro! She now is 26 inches long (in the 95th percentile) and weighs 14 pounds 2.5 ounces (in the 75th percentile). She showed off her new trick the entire time - grabbing for her feet! As you can see, she clearly has discovered that she has some more body parts that can fit in her mouth!
On Sunday March 22, 2009 Emma was baptized at Nativity of Our Lord Church in Warminster. She was the most beautiful baby there - if I do say so myself! She was a little fussy but loved the water part! Emma loved her dress - especially eating her dress!
